  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you pause or cancel, as described in our Return, Refund and Subscription Policy.
  • New Jersey law applies.

1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of summitnutritions.com and to any purchase you make from Summit Nutritions ("we", "us"). If you do not agree to them, please do not use the website or buy our products. We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and changes apply from that date.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy our products or create an account.

3. Health information

  • Our products are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
  • Our products are not GLP-1 medications and are not a substitute for any prescription. Do not stop or change a medication without talking to your healthcare provider.
  • Talk to your healthcare provider before use, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take prescription medication or have a medical condition.
  • Information on this website, including our guides and the nutrition checklist, is general education and not medical advice. Individual results vary.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
  • Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, and we may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
  • We may change prices or discontinue products at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed.

5. Subscriptions

When you choose a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on the schedule you picked until you pause or cancel. Each plan has a minimum number of payments. Full details on billing, the $0.99 first month, skipping, pausing and cancelling are in our Return, Refund and Subscription Policy, which is part of these Terms.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

We ship within the United States. See our Shipping Policy for timing and costs, and our Return, Refund and Subscription Policy for returns and refunds.

7. Promotions and referrals

Discounts, the $0.99 first month and referral rewards are subject to the terms shown with each offer. Offers cannot be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time. We may cancel rewards or orders that abuse an offer, for example repeated sign-ups by the same person.

8. Reviews and content you share

If you post a review, photo or other content, you confirm it is your own honest experience and you give us permission to display it on our website and marketing. Please do not include medical claims or personal health details about other people. We may decline or remove content that is false, offensive or breaks these Terms.

9. Using our website

All website content, including text, images, logos and graphics, belongs to Summit Nutritions and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. You agree not to use the website for anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, or to try to access accounts or data that are not yours.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

11. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held in Bayonne, New Jersey, and each party pays its own legal costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise. Before starting a dispute, please email us so we can try to resolve it directly.
