Return, Refund & Subscription Policy

1. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility:

    • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
    • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date.
    • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Opened or partially used products.
    • Items purchased as part of a promotional offer or final sale.

    2. Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
    3. Ship the Product: Package the product securely and include your RMA number. Send it to the address provided.

    Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or defective upon receipt. Restocking fees of 20% of the product price will apply to all eligible returns.


2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If a returned product is deemed ineligible (e.g., opened or damaged), we will notify you, and no refund will be issued.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  3. We will offer a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs), at our discretion.

4. Subscription Cancellation Policy

We offer convenient subscription plans for your favorite products. Please review the following terms for managing and canceling subscriptions:

  • Cancellation Timing:

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
    • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled payment date.
    • Cancellations made after the billing date will apply to the following cycle, and the current period will not be refunded.

  • Refunds for Subscriptions:

For international orders:
