  • Payment details: card payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card number.
  • Subscription details: your plan, schedule and renewal history.
  • Messages you send us, and reviews or photos you choose to share.
  • Anything you enter into tools on our website, such as the nutrition plan builder. The plan builder stores your answers only in your own browser. We do not receive them.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data, such as browser type, pages viewed, links clicked and the website that sent you to us.
  • Cookies and similar technologies that keep your cart, remember your preferences, measure how the website is used and help us understand which ads and emails work.
  • Email engagement, such as whether an email was opened or a link was clicked.

3. How we use your information

  • To process orders, ship products and manage your subscription, including renewal reminders.
  • To answer your questions and provide support.
  • To send marketing emails if you have signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To show and manage reviews.
  • To improve our website, products and emails, and to measure our advertising.

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout.
  • Payment providers that process your payments.
  • Seal Subscriptions, which manages subscription billing.
  • Brevo, which sends our emails.
  • Judge.me, which collects and displays reviews.
  • USPS and other shipping services that deliver your orders.
  • Advertising and analytics partners, such as Meta and Google, which help us measure and show our ads.

We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business sale or merger. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Your choices

  • Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us.
  • Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the store, such as the cart, may not work without them.
  • Targeted advertising: you can opt out of the use of your information for targeted ads by emailing us. We also honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising. We keep order and subscription records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. We keep marketing information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and payments are processed over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Our website and products are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has shared information with us, email us and we will delete it.
