Cancellation policy

Subscriptions renew automatically on the schedule you choose (every month, every 2 months or every 3 months) until you pause or cancel. We email you before every renewal with the date and amount. Each delivery includes a $8.99 shipping fee.

Minimum payments: the Monthly plan runs for at least 3 payments, and the Every 2 Months and Quarterly 3-Pack plans run for at least 2 payments. Your first order counts as the first payment, whether it was a $0.99 first month or full price.

$0.99 first month: to cancel during your first month, email info@summitnutritions.com with your reason for cancelling and we will cancel it for you. If you do not cancel, the plan continues on the Monthly schedule at the regular subscription price, plus shipping.

Skipping, pausing and cancelling: you can skip or move a delivery from your account at any time before the renewal date. Once you reach your plan's minimum number of payments, you can pause or cancel from your account on our website. To avoid the next charge, please pause or cancel at least 7 days before the next billing date. Payments already charged are not refunded, but unopened products can be returned under our Return, Refund and Subscription Policy.
