Manage Your Subscription
Everything you can do with your GLP-1 Total Support plan, and how to do it in a minute or two.
Sign in to your account
Go to your account and sign in with the email you used at checkout. Your subscription is listed there.
What you can do there
Everything below is done from your account. The one exception is the $0.99 trial month: to cancel during it, email info@summitnutritions.com with your reason.
Skip or reschedule a delivery
Open your subscription and choose a new date for your next order, or skip the next one if you still have product left.
Change how often it ships
Switch between Monthly, Every 2 Months and Quarterly. Longer plans cost less per bottle: $18.99, $17.50 and $14.99 for capsules and gummies.
Update your card
If a payment fails, update your card from the link in our email or from your account. If you checked out with Shop Pay: sign in at shop.app, open this subscription under your orders, tap "Edit payment method", choose "Use a different card" and press Update. Changing your default card in Shop Pay alone does not update the plan.
Change your shipping address
Open your subscription and edit the delivery address before your next order date.
Pause or cancel
The Monthly plan has a 3-payment minimum (the $0.99 trial counts). Every 2 Months and Quarterly have a 2-payment minimum. After that, pause or cancel from your account. To cancel during your $0.99 trial month, email info@summitnutritions.com with your reason.
